Customer First - experiences of Jaguar Land Rover

This visit will focus on Customer First, the major programme of improving customer service which Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has undertaken. It was recognised in 2015 in their improved ranking in the Daily Telegraph rankings for companies delivering customer service. While the context may seem very different from police work, JLR have to deal with highly demanding customers, they have to relate to a range of different cultures, to adapt to technology and the digital world and they have had to tailor what they do to the increasing use of social media channels, so perhaps not so different after all! And of course with some fantastic learning for the Consortium.
