The Centre contributes to the work of police agencies as they adapt to a changing policing landscape, with its greater emphasis on evidence-based practice.

The Centre's work

The Centre creates and uses knowledge to improve policing for the benefit of society. It does this problem-solving research, through informal and formal learning to support continuing professional development; the gaining of degree qualifications and PhD research. The Centre is also concerned with knowledge into practice.
